This project is situated in Brussels in a very heterogeneous street with an existing house. The program consists in a public part with the "Youth Action" in the basement, the Social CPAS Offices in the floorground and in the 1st level. The second part are 4 social housing. A cut marked on the facade allows to place the vertical circulations and the foreign spaces of housing. The structure of the existing house is preserved but the attic are replaced by a 3rd more viable floor which integrates better this one into the global project.
