The project consists in setting up new rooms to complete the Retirement-Home of Villers-le-Bouillet, situated in an ancient Castle. This one is more adapted to receive functions such as the common restaurant, the living rooms, the laundry, the administration, the educational kitchen. The creation of a Residence-Services compound of 12 independent detached houses will allow a part of the users to live more independently. Finally, a small nursery will take place to mix the populations. The "U" element contains the new rooms with better toilets condition. They are connected to the common functions of the Castle by a window who preserves the old facade. The central yard appears as a small garden in bound with the nursery, who have playful and colored forms. The 12 independent detached houses take place at the back following the curve of the woods neighboring.
